Comment Now: Protect Our Waters from Toxic Coal Ash
The EPA is hoping to roll back environmental protections for our waters — again.
The EPA is hoping to reduce the protections given to our public waters through the 2015 Coal Ash Rule. If these rollbacks are put in place, it would result in more toxic coal ash in our waters.
Please take 2 minutes to comment on these proposed rollbacks that could further harm our public waters by allowing more dumping of harmful coal ash.
